Hint: bbi5291 trunc simply removes the fractional part of a number, hence trunc(3.5) = 3 and trunc(-3.5) = -3. But ceil behaves differently for positive and negative numbers: ceil(-3.5) = -3, but ceil(3.5) = 4. General Oct 28, 2008 - 2:07:18 am UTC
