Aren't the circles supposed to be centered at the coffee shops? I don't see any circle centered at (1, 3), (3, 1), or (5, 1). Maybe I understood the question wrong? |

In the sample input, aren't we given the number of rows first, and the number of columns after? Which is contradicting the problem statement, which says you get the columns and then the rows. |
