We apologize for the issues with grading Woburn Challenge submissions today.  High levels of participation, problems with a large number of test cases, together with poor architectural decisions that I take responsibility for, resulted in the Judge coming under more load than it could handle and forced us to effectively run the contest in "offline submission" mode. I have identified the root causes and will fix them before the next round.
