- It's disabled by default because having it enabled without taking the right precautions leads to security flaws. I have enabled it. Accounts Required
Wouldn't it be much easier to just ban all IPs from editing? i.e. set all pages to protected (or at least this one) with editing limited to Autoconfirmed users?
