The following rebids should be commonly understood:

If...	then ...
Partner responded 2♦ and I have 22–24 HCP with a balanced hand	Rebid 2NT, systems on.
Partner responded 2♦ and I have 25–27 HCP with a balanced hand	Rebid 3NT. Responder's rebids of 4♦ and 4♥ are transfers. Responder's rebid of 4♣ could be either Stayman or Gerber, depending on partnership agreement. Responder's notrump rebids are quantitative.
Partner responded 2♦ and I have a 5+-card suit	Bid your suit. Prefer showing a major before a minor. If partner raises your 2M to 4M, it shows suit agreement with a minimum (fast denies) If partner raises your 2M to 3M, it shows suit agreement with a non-minimum and slam interest (slow shows) If partner's second response is 3♣ or 3♦, it shows a very bad hand (3− HCP) with no suit agreement. With suit agreement, you can explore slam with control bidding or Blackwood. Otherwise, subsequent bidding varies according to partnership agreement.
Partner responded 2♦ and I have a 4441 distribution	Wish you had opened 1m instead.
Partner responded 2NT and I'm balanced	Make a quantitative raise.
Partner responded 2♥, 2♠, 3♣, or 3♦ and I have 3+-card support	Explore slam with control bidding or Blackwood
