Because any user, including IP users, can create pages, there presently exist quite a number of spam pages. There are also pages with seemingly legitimate titles that contain nonsense or spam with no meaningful history. I tried to blank some of them, but a more systematic solution is needed. This IP address is that of a public location, therefore it does not reliably identify me. It is hoped that a constructive discussion will result.
